Order processing
- Orders are normally packed and shipped within 1–2 business days.
- You receive an email when your order has been shipped.
- Delivery times are estimates from the carrier and may be longer during holidays and campaigns.
Pick-up and uncollected parcels
If your parcel is delivered to a pick-up point, you will be notified by the carrier. Remember to collect it before the deadline.
Uncollected parcels are returned to us. We may charge the actual cost of shipping and return of uncollected parcels.
Damaged parcels
If the parcel is damaged on arrival, please note it with the carrier when you collect it and contact us at orders@estara.no.
